Overview
The AI & Digital Productivity Support Level 3 apprenticeship is a hands-on programme that teaches you how to support digital tools, use AI to improve everyday tasks, and help people work more efficiently. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot applications, automate simple processes, and support users with new technologies, all while gaining real workplace experience and a nationally recognised qualification.
