Refer a friend
If you know someone that you think will benefit from the Career Builder Programme that is at least 19 years old, unemployed and in receipt of benefits, then tell us about them and we will get in touch. For every person you refer to us that goes on to complete the course, we will give you a £50 gift card*.
To refer a friend, click the button below, and enter yours and your friend’s details. Your friend will then receive an email to confirm they are happy for their details to be sent to JBC Skills Training Ltd after which we will get in touch with them.

Once you have found employment following your Career Builder Programme, we would like to share your success story to help inspire others to do what you have done. If you are happy for us to put together a short profile about yourself and grant us permission to use it for marketing purposes, we’ll give you a £50 gift card* as a thank you.

Terms & Conditions
General:
To be eligible the learner must have completed the Career Builder Programme within the past 6 months and make a claim no later than 6 months after the last day of their attendance on the programme.
Completion requires the learner to have completed and passed all tasks as assigned to them as part of the Career Builder Programme.
Only one claim per learner, per method of referral.
Payment of gift card will be made 30 days after:
- JBC Skills Training Ltd has confirmed your social media posts.
- The referred learner completes the course.
- Evidence of employment and supporting information has been supplied.
*Gift card will be a One4All high street card or other similar gift card. No cash alternative is available.
Post on social media: Social media posts must be made from a personal account belonging to the learner and publicly visible.
Evidence of the posts must be provided by means of screenshot, links or other means as agreed by JBC Skills Training Ltd. Wherever possible, JBC Skills Training Ltd’s social media account should be tagged in the post.
JBC Skills Training Ltd reserves the right to not issue a gift card if any post is deemed to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise of poor quality. The judgement of what is deemed to be inappropriate, offensive or poor quality is at the sole discretion of JBC Skills Training Ltd. JBC Skills Training Ltd’s decision is final.
Refer a Friend: Referring a friend does not guarantee a place on the Career Builder Programme to the person being referred.
Share your success – Case Study: Evidence of employment of at least 16 hours per week is required.
To create a profile JBC Skills Training Ltd will require a photograph, learner name and name of their employer along with other supporting information and quotes.
Permission must be given to JBC Skills Training Ltd to share the information with 3rd party organisations, including the DWP.
